Taking taxi is might be one of your choices on exploring Bali or to get around the cities for shopping. Apparently taking taxi in foreign country could be exhausting if you don't know how to deal with them. Below are some tips on how to take taxi in Bali to ensure you are enjoying your holiday in Bali.

• If you need a taxi, it is always best to order taxi by phone especially if you need a taxi at night.


• If you must hail the taxi on the street, be sure that the name if the taxi company is clearly marked on it. It usually complete with their phone number on it.


• Insist on using the taxi meter. Don't fall for a driver who bargains or claims that his meter is broken.


• While in the taxi, make sure you note the taxi's number and the driver's ID. And this will become handy if you want to register a complain or trace belongings left behind.
